Entrust Identity Verification SDKs
Entrust's Identity Verification SDKs (formerly the Onfido Smart Capture SDKs) provide a set of screens and functionalities enabling you to implement customized identity verification flows in your mobile and Web applications.
Our carefully designed UX is modularly designed to help you seamlessly integrate the various photo, video or motion capture processes into your application's flow. At the same time, advanced image quality detection technology and a suite of fraud detection signals will help ensure the best possible success rate and protect against malicious users.
In January 2026, the next major version of the Entrust Identity Verification SDKs (formerly Onfido Smart Capture SDKs) has been released for Android, iOS and React Native. This set of SDKs introduces a fundamental redesign of the customer integration experience and configuration capabilities, with even closer alignment to Workflow Studio and a consistent public API that can be applied across all our SDK platforms.
Our legacy generation of Onfido Smart Capture SDKs continue to remain supported, with the aim of being replaced in 2026, including our Flutter and Web SDKs.
